The Proven Processing Concept

You’re familiar with it from coffee filters: multiple layers of paper are held together by an embossing technique known as ‘knurling.’ This process occurs when the material is passed between two embossing rollers, causing the paper fibres to interlock and form a bond that is typically stronger than simple adhesive bonding. This method saves on adhesive costs and is environmentally friendly. This principle can be applied to many areas and used for ecological packaging solutions.
